The Wrocław Europe
First exhibition in history pre- senting lesser known nowadays works of Bartholomeus Strobel – a painter working in Wrocław in the 17th century and perceived as one of the greatest artists of Central Europe. Bishop Karl Fer- dinand von Vasa, the patron of art, is also mentioned. The exhibition comprises about 100 pieces of art, including, among others, the ruby dress of the painting of Madonna from Częstochowa, which never leaves Jasna Góra.
