DAMA edition 2019

LETO, Warsaw: Radek Szlaga

PIKTOGRAM, Warsaw: Krystian Truth Czaplicki

The fourth edition of DAMA is coming with many new features!

From this year on, the venue has changed to offer the public an adjusted and more specific experience. Split between two historical palaces right in the city center the upcoming edition aims at emphasising the importance of the relationship between gallery owners, artists and visitors, by reducing the exhibitors and enlarging the space dedicated to the Live Programme.

The exhibition will start at Palazzo Coardi di Carpeneto in Via Maria Vittoria 26, next to the famous Piazza Carlina, which is about to re-open to the public after a significant refurbishment. The show will consist of 11 international galleries selected by curator Domenico de Chirico, and will present site-specific interventions by 11 emerging artists, thus establishing a dialogue with the baroque architecture of the palace.

DAMA 2019’s exhibitors come from different countries including Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Switzerland and Italy.
