‘From considerations that the last large piece of land in the city centre, in the Prague Heritage Reserve, and moreover in an urbanistically exclusive position, would not only serve the profit of the developer but could be used for public construction, nothing came of it. Local demands that at least part of the giant land be used as a park were ignored. All these justified and reasonable reservations had only one result – Zaha turned green.
