The book, ‘Kitchen Conversations Cookbook: Homey Recipes from Artists’ by Patrycja Rozwora, published by Contemporary Lynx Publishing, is a collection of recipes for tasty dishes that can be easily and quickly prepared in one’s own kitchen.
The cookbook will inspire you with recipes from among others Georgian, Ukrainian, Qazaq or Romanian cuisine and many other home-made meals. They were gathered on Kitchen Conversations podcast between June 2020 and November 2021 from seventeen artists representing different post-Soviet regions.
