POLISH URBAN ART
Curator: Cezary Hunkiewicz
In the recent years Polish urban art has become a rapidly growing phenomenon. Polish urban artists are now not only mentioned among the world’s best, but above all, within the broad spectrum of urban art they managed to develop their own, unique, clearly recognizable style.
A style, which on the one hand, corresponds to the most notable achievements of Polish contemporary art; on the other hand, it is often a style which emanates from the most radical form of art created on the streets – graffiti writing.
The current exhibition includes the works of some of the most relevant contemporary Polish street artists, such as:
Bezt (Etam Cru), Cekas, Daniel Chazme, Czarnobyl, Finer, Kamil Kuzko, Lump, m-ity.org, Monstfur, NAWER, Paweł Ryżko Obrazki, Peter Fuss, Proembrion, Robert Proch, Sainer (Etam Cru), SEIKON, SEPE, Zbiok Czajkowski.
