Alicja Kwade works in a large building in Berlin where we visited her. Her works manipulate mental perceptions and physical experiences of how the body inhabits space and time.
A distance forged between point “a” and point “b”. On one side, there was emptiness, a vacuum; on the other side an electric field, drawing and connecting the two “points” like gravity.
