Today, a car is an indispensable and universal tool. Most families in Europe and in the United States have at least one car. This situation is being raised more and more often during the debate on ecology, carbon footprint or car sharing option.
But a car is also a wonderfully designed object, whose line of masks, lights, bumpers, the play of light and shadows compliment each other. Their shape is like a sculpture, only functional. The form of the car not only comes out from the artists but also becomes an inspiration for them. Cars, both their usable character and form, become the starting point for reflection. Below we have prepared a few examples of cars created by artists, or which have become moulding material for them.
