Weronika Perłowska graduated from the University of Arts in Poznań with a Master’s degree in photography, as well as she gained a Master’s degree in Documentary Studies from the University of Warsaw. She was a participant of the 2016/2017 Sputnik Photos Mentorship Programme. In 2019, she won the First Prize of the14th Krakow Photomonth Portfolio Review. Her work combines photography, video and objects. She is most interested in emotions and ideas. Her latest project “Anger detracts from her beauty” is an exploration of the experience and perception of anger in a patriarchal society.
