Join the panel discussion presented by Contemporary Lynx Magazine: Building Communities, Reshaping the Art Scene Across Asia and Europe.
Organised by Contemporary Lynx Magazine, an international art publication dedicated to art from the CEE region and emerging markets, this panel brings together three visionary women — Alejandra Castro Rioseco (Dubai, Madrid, Antwerp), Elvira Eevr Djaltchinova Malec (Warsaw), and Julia Lechbinska (Zurich) — who have each built purpose-driven art platforms (collection, foundation, and arts organisation) rooted in social commitment, intercultural dialogue, and inclusivity. Their work responds directly to the inequalities that persist across the global art world, particularly in terms of gender representation and minority visibility. As Alejandra Castro Rioseco affirms, “I see inequality in every corner, in every exhibition, in every art event.” This conversation will give voice to that urgency. Through the lens of personal agency, institutional innovation, and grassroots advocacy, the panellists will discuss how they are not only reshaping the art landscape but also building communities of care and accountability across Asia and Europe. Moderated by Sylwia Krason (Paris), this exchange will bring forward deeply felt perspectives and visionary ideas for cultural diplomacy and transformation.
