Karolina Wojciechowska (b. 1991) is a graduate of graphic design at the University of the Arts Poznan (UAP). She specialises in collages and screen printing. In her works, she often juxtaposes a man with the monumental landscapes, showing in this way the superiority and inability to control the nature. She presents her characters – often passive or behaving inadequate – facing the situation of threats posed by ecological disasters, wars or brutalist architecture of the twentieth century. In this way, she aims to shows the widespread indifference of today’s people.
